David M. Moufarrege, MBA
President & CEO

David Moufarrege is an accomplished executive with over 25 years of experience as a senior leader in operations, technology, and finance across various industries. With a strong background in strategic planning, digital transformation, and product commercialization, he has a proven track record of delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions that enhance service quality and profitability.

His previous positions included Chief Operating Officer of a multi-national gig-economy company, Chief Information Officer of two healthcare organizations and Vice President of Technology of a publicly traded pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Brad Roushey, BSIT, MSc.
Vice President, Information Security Solutions

Brad Roushey is an experienced technologist and cyber security expert with over 25 years as Director of Information Technology, Information Security, and similar roles in multiple healthcare and manufacturing organizations.
Brad holds a Bachelors degree in Information Technology, a Masters Degree in Cyber Security, and a Certificate in Cyber Security Operations from Excelsior University.

David Petko
Vice President, Sales Channels & Alliances

David Petko is a seasoned sales leader in emerging technology and cybersecurity services with over 10 years of experience in channel partnerships, technology alliances, and business process optimization.

David has a proven track record of developing high-impact go-to-market strategies, building trusted relationships with partners and clients, as well as delivering scalable solutions that align technology with business outcomes. An engaging speaker and advocate for emerging technologies, David brings a unique perspective shaped by his global experiences, dedication to fostering collaboration in the tech ecosystem, and focus on the AI Automation space.

As the President of the San Diego ISSA chapter and co-founder of the Cyber Apprentice Management Project, David is passionate about bridging the talent gap and empowering the next generation of cybersecurity professionals. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Clayton Jordan, III
Vice President, Product & Project Management

Clayton Jordan, III (“Jordan”) is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in SaaS customer success, product management, and implementation leadership.

From technology startups to Fortune 500 companies like Hewlett-Packard, Jordan has successfully managed portfolios worth over $200M, delivered high-impact results, and cultivated lasting client relationships.

With strong technical skills, certifications in project management, and a customer-focused approach, Jordan has a proven track record of delivering transformative results and driving business growth in dynamic, fast-paced environments. He holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor degree in Organizational Management, both from Purdue University.
